Peter Kereri, PhD

CPA Dr Peter Onchari Kereri is an experienced expert in the areas of accounting, including taxation, Human Resource, Internal audit and Corporate Governance. He has previously worked as Chief Finance officer for over two decades, Internal auditor and handled consultancy assignments with the World Bank in areas of financial accounting. He has experience of holding senior positions in the County Government and other non-governmental organizations.

He brings in rich experience in Corporate Governance having served as a member of the Board in the public sector and as chairman of a County Public service Board in Kenya. He has also conducted different research works in Financial Accounting and audit committees in different sectors. CPA Dr Kereri holds a PhD in Business (Accounting) from AIIAS (Philippines), Master in Business Administration (MBA) Accounting from Baraton University (Kenya) and a Bachelors in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from KEMU (Kenya). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good and regular standing and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
