Benard played a significant role at Moi University, where he was part of the government Digital Literacy Program team that helped deploy impactful technology solutions aimed at transforming education and learning in Kenya. As a full-stack developer with proven expertise in software development, he was instrumental in supporting digitization in different sectors and organizations. At Sendy Ltd, he was instrumental in developing a logistics system that improved operational efficiency and streamlined the company’s supply chain processes. At My1Health, Benard spearheaded the creation of a global hospital booking and referral network system designed to facilitate the management of specialized medical cases, enhancing patient care and referral processes.

In addition to his work with large organizations, Benard has also consulted for small businesses, providing a wide range of customized technology solutions. His contributions include developing point-of-sale (POS) systems, integrating payment solutions, and designing software tailored to meet the specific needs of growing enterprises.
